The final report will present the <br />basic project data, results of all studies conducted (including <br />hydrology, water yield, and power output studies), comparison of <br />project alternative arrangements, a description and preliminary <br />layout of the selected project, construction cost estimates and <br />schedule, and conclusions. The final report shall Include such <br />maps, drawings, charts, tables, graphs, and displays as are <br />reasonably necessary to adequately present the information and <br />results developed during the study. <br /> <br />Preliminary drafts of chapters of the report shall be <br />submitted to the State at the earliest practical time. The draft <br />final report shall be submitted on December 1, 1982, for the <br />State's review so that the State may have the opportunity to <br />provide such comments as it may feel are appropriate for <br />Inclusion into the final report. After incorporation of <br />comments, a camera-ready final report will be submitted to the <br />State not later than January 15, 1983. <br /> <br />Public Involvement Program <br /> <br />The State shall be responsible for the design and conduct of <br />a public involvement program to accompany the study. This will <br />include the formation of an advisory committee of Interested <br />parties which will provide input and comments to the State on the <br />conduct and content of the study. The Contractor will be <br />required to participate In the public Involvement program's <br />activities only to the extent of preparatIon for and attendance <br />at five one-day advisory commIttee meetings to be held in Grand <br />Junction or Glenwood Springs, Colorado. <br /> <br />Study Products <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide one camera-ready copy of each <br />of the following: <br /> <br />1. A detailed POS shall be prepared. It shall consist of <br />the above descriptions except fOr Task 5, Geotechnical <br />Investigations, and Task 6, Surveys. For these tasks, their <br />above descriptions shall be expanded to identify the discrete <br />elements of work and methodologies to be employed. Included in <br />the POS shall be a schedule of major milestones and State <br />decisions points for all phases of the study and a summary of <br />manpower and cost allocations for each task. <br /> <br />2. A report on site investigations and geotechnical <br />investigations (Tasks 4 and 5). <br /> <br />3. Oraft final report. <br /> <br />4. The final report. <br /> <br />5. Such visual aids (excluding 35 mm slides and movies) for <br />meetings of the advisory committee as the State may request. <br /> <br />-15- <br />
