<br />Based on the evaluation of the three alternatives, the High <br />Density Polythylene Pipe is the engineer's recommendation to the <br />Owners, <br /> <br />The outlet tunnel is approximately 3,655 linear feet. <br />I of the rehabilitation consists of relining approximately <br />linear feet. In addition, the existing gate structure for <br />outlet tunnel will be reconstructed. <br /> <br />Phase <br />1,200 <br />the <br /> <br />The Lake Loveland outlet tunnel rehabilitation will have no <br />adverse affect on the irrigation, water supply, fish or wildlife, <br />recreation, water quality control, and drainage. <br /> <br />B. Geologic Investigation - Not applicable. <br />C. Design - See Design Report, Exhibit "I". <br /> <br />D. Structure Plans - A set of the construction plans and <br />specificatons has been submitted with this feasibility report, <br /> <br />E. Drainage - There is no change in drainage conditions <br />associated with this outlet tunnel rehabilitation, <br /> <br />F. Sedimentation - There is no sedimentation problem or con- <br />cerns relative with the Lake Loveland outlet tunnel rehabilitation, <br /> <br />G. Right-of-Way - The Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Company <br />has an existing right-of-way along the Lake Loveland outlet tunnel. <br /> <br />7 <br />
