d. Water Rights

1. As provided by the Owner, water rights, permits
and dates of priority will be included in the
report.

2. As provided by the Owner, a probable yield of the
water rights will be included in the report.

e. Water Utilization

As the project under consideration is a rehabilitation
project, water utilization will remain relatively
unchanged. Therefore, the subject will not be covered
in the report.

f. Water Quality

The proposed project will not alter the water quality,
and this subject will not be covered in the report.

6. Chapter V, Plan of Development - to be funded by CWCB

a. Physical Plan - Only item 1 - Irrigation and item 6 -
Drainage as noted in CWCB Guidelines will be discussed
in the report. The other items are not applicable to
thi8 project.

b. Geologic Investigations - Existing geologic data will
be used for the Feasibility Report.

c. Design - Items 1-6 as noted in CWCB Guidelines.
Design criteria and standards used will be described
in the Feasibility Report. Existing canals and other
appurtenances will not be analyzed.

Items 7-14 as noted in CWCB Guidelines. These items
do not apply to this project and will not be a part of
the report.

d. Structure Pla~s - 1 & 2. Preliminary plans of
proposed construction will be made a part of the
report.

e. Drainage - Other than drainage as it relates to the
watershed tot&lly, it is not felt that this item
applies to this project. Drainage of the watershed
will be cover~d in other areas of the report.

f. Sedimentation - It is anticipated that the structure
outlet will n~ed to be lengthened, with no change in
the upstream ~levation. The report will not include a
study of sedimentation.
