Prohibition of all uses outside the City. <br /> <br />The first listed curtailment would be adopted to meet the least ser- <br />i ous condit i on and the I ast curtail ment to meet the "gravest poss i b 1 e <br />situation and one which every reasonable precaution must be taken to <br />avoid." The Kelton Heights Water District would be considered as <br />Outside Denver. <br /> <br />Water Qual ity <br /> <br />Kelton Heights Water District receives finished water from the Denver <br />Water Department. Ralt water is treated at Marston Lake filtration <br />plant and Moffat filtration plant. The Finished Water Qual ity SUJ1111ary <br />for 1978 on both plants is shown in Table g. All water quality work <br />is done by the Denver Water Department Qual ity Control Lab. <br /> <br />The tests show that the average chlorine concentration was 0.3 mg/l <br />over the DWB standard and the average al uminum concentration was <br />0.48 mg!l over the DWB standard. All other parameters tested meet the <br />DWB standards. The DWB supplies a good quality potable water to its <br />customers. <br /> <br />14 <br />
