Said report shall include text, graphic <br />data, photographs, and the like, which shall describe, define, or <br />illustrate: (1) investigative procedure; (2) geomorphology; (3) <br />topography; (4) rock and soil materials; (5) geologic structure; (6) <br />recorded. observed, or inferred groundwater conditions; (7) geological <br />hazards or constraints; (8) commercial mineral deposits; (9) preliminary <br />assessment of regional seismicity and its affects (earthquake potential); <br />(lO) data analysis; (11) conclusions with respect to the overall <br />feasibility of the dam-reservoir site as interfaced with geological, <br />conditions. and especially in relation to the potential for reservoir, <br />seepage. reservoir-abutment slope stability, and inferred dam foundation <br />conditions; (12) pertinent recommendations for further geotechnical <br />investigation to include, but not be "limited to, optimal locations and/or <br />attitudes of test pits. adits and additional borings; drilling depths; <br />locations and orientations, of seismic traverses; other geophysical <br />exploration both surficial and down-hole; field and laboratory <br />permeabi 1 ity testing; groundwater mon itori ng; slope stability analyses; <br />physical testing of soil and rock samples; and any other exploration or <br />testing considered appropriate; (13) geologic maps of the Study Area (not <br />in color); (14) a sufficient number of critically oriented, geological <br />cross sections to depict, with reasonable accuracy, anticipated <br />subsurface conditions as derived from the geologic maps; (15) fracture- <br />joint survey data; (16) litho-stratigraphic columns; (17) logs of <br />exploratory borings; (18) results of packer tests; (19) site-specific <br />geological bibliography; and (20) any other pertinent geological <br />information. (See Limitations under PURPOSE.) <br /> <br />MATERIALS AND SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT <br />1. Except for the existing residential lots of the Lyons Park Estates, the <br />Client agrees to provide legal access and 'right of entry to any or all <br />parts of the Study Area for the Consultant or any of his subcontractors <br />for the- sole purposes of making surveys and gathering data pursuant to <br />the provisions of this proposal even though such parts may be o~med or <br />leased by persons or parties other than those represented by the Client. <br /> <br />UEBLACKER ASSOCIATES.
