While it is my understanding that Ms. Gimble <br />does not have any objections to the following modifications, I <br />would appreciate it if you would contact her so you and she can <br />discuss these modifications. Please note that I am also faxing a <br />copy of this letter to Ms. Gimble for her review. <br /> <br />If you and Ms. Gimble agree to the modifications set forth in <br />this letter, I would appreciate it if you would make the <br />modifications and forward four copies of the proposed contract to <br />me as soon as possible by express mail. If there is any issue <br />regarding the payment of the cost of express mail, I would be happy <br />to reimburse you for that cost. If at all possible, I would <br />appreciate it if the revised Contracts could be sent to me so that <br />they are received prior to the Trinchera Irrigation company <br />shareholders meeting that is scheduled for this coming Monday, <br />August 9, 1993. <br /> <br />The principal clarification that I would like to have made to <br />the contract, since by its terms it is also a Promissory Note, is <br />in the lanquage regarding the borrowing of funds so that there is <br />a provision for the situation where Trinchera Irrigation company <br />borrows less than the Million Dollars authorized by the Contract. <br />
