<br />-14- <br /> <br />. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />surface means; or, if he has a well or wells which have <br />been decreed by the Water Court for Water Division No. <br />1 as alternate or supplemental points of diversion for <br />one or more of the South Platte Ditch's decreed prior- <br />ities, he may take delivery of an appropriate portion <br />of his share water through such well or wells. Any <br />shareholder who diverts a portion of his share water <br />through a well or wells as described above shall measure <br />the amount of water so diverted, and shall report the <br />amount so diverted to the company. <br />(ii) Notwithstanding the above subparagraph <br />V.3.A.i., water available pursuant to the company's <br />alluvial storage project shall be managed by the board <br />of directors in their discretion for the benefit of the <br />shareholders of the company. <br />B. Any shareholder who proposes to accomplish <br />anyone or more of the purposes listed below must first (and <br />prior to filing an application with the Water Court) submit <br />such proposal to the board of directors. The board of <br />directors shall consider such proposal, and within 60 days <br />after such submission may impose any reasonable terms and/or <br />conditions upon its accomplishment which, in its discretion, <br />it believes are necessary to protect the company and/or the <br />shareholders from any injury or burden due to the accomplish- <br />ment of such purpose.
