<br />. . <br /> <br />Sept '97 and Jan, '98 Progress Report Meeting with Enterprise Board <br />and local participants <br /> <br />February '98 Present 1'1 Draft of Assessment to Storage Study Comm. <br /> <br />March '98 Accept comments on 1st Draft <br /> <br />April '98 Present Final Draft of Assessment to Storage Study Comm. <br /> <br />May 21, 1998 Present Final Water and Storage Needs Assessment <br />Report to Enterprise Board <br /> <br />Deliverables-The Contractor shall deliver the following quantity of <br />Assessment products to the Project Manager/Storage Study Committee/Project <br />Work Team: <br /> <br />1, 40 copies of all Monthly Progress Reports <br />2, 40 copies of handouts (at least 48 hours in advance) for Progress <br />Report Meetings <br />3, 40 copies of 1st Draft of the Assessment <br />4, 40 copies of Final Draft of the Assessment <br />5. 50 copies of the Final Water and Storage Needs Assessment Report <br />6. ,One camera-ready original of the Final Report, including all maps, <br />graphs, spreadsheets and drawings <br />7, One Electronic copy of the Final Report in Word for Windows 95 <br /> <br />After the completion of the Final Report, the contractor will be required to make <br />up to 3 presentations of the Water and Storage Needs Assessment Report in <br />meetings to be scheduled throughout the District's communities (Salida, La <br />Junta, Pueblo/Colorado Springs), This is in addition to the presentation of the <br />Final Report to the Board of the Enterprise and the Storage Study Committee, <br />which is proposed to be at the May 21,1998 Board meeting, <br /> <br />The contractor will provide Written Progress Reports and presentations at <br />Progress Report Meetings on a periodic basis as outlined in the Study <br />Schedule, All rough drafts and other interim products of the Assessment Report <br />shall be available for review by the Project Manager and Storage Study <br />Committee/Project Work Team as requested, to assure that the Project is <br />proceeding, All such requests will come through the Enterprise Project Manager. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br />
