In order for this project to proceed in 2001, CWCB loan funding, <br />if required, must be secured in the 2001 water projects funding bill in the Colorado <br />Legislature, <br /> <br />Morgan County Grading and/or Erosion Control Permits <br />As of the writing of this report; it is our understanding that Morgan County will <br />not require any permitting for performing the proposed construction work within the <br />project site. <br /> <br />CDPHE Permit for Air Pollution Emission Notification (APENI <br />The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHEI required a <br />permit for larger construction sites to monitor fugitive dust. Obtaining this permit is <br />expected to be a formality. <br /> <br />CDPHE Permit for Stormwater Program. Construction Activity General Permit <br />The CDPHE will require a permit for construction activities that have the <br />potential for sedimenting streams and lakes. The development of a Stormwater <br />Management Plan will be required. It is expected that the permit can be obtained within <br />10 to 30 days of application. <br /> <br />COE 404 Permit <br />The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) regulates construction activities in the <br />nation's waters and wetlands under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. Certain <br /> <br />44 <br />
