It is
unlikely that significant sediment deposition has occurred from the tributary drainage
basin due to the limited to non-existent flood inflow historically produced from the
tributary basin. It appears that sedimentation has reached a rough equilibrium, with the
sediment transported into the reservoir during the reservoir filling being transported out
through the outlet during storage releases.

land and RiQht of Way

The proposed construction will occur on the dam crest, upstream slope of the
dam and within the reservoir bed. The dam and land required for the dam is owned by
the Company. Property ownership for the reservoir bed is with the CDPOR. Aggregate
(sand) construction materials will be obtained from the reservoir bed and construction
staging areas will be in the reservoir bed. No problems with property ownership/site
access are expected.

Proiect Implementation Schedule

The following project implementation schedule is proposed for the project design
and construction.

Prepare Design & Technical Specifications
December 1, 2000 through February 28, 2001

Design Review by SEO & CWCB
March 1 through June 30, 2001

Prepare Bid Package
April 1 through May 15, 2001

Advertise to Bid
May 1, 2001

Obtain, Review and Select Bid
June 1 through June 15, 2001

Funding Obtained
July 2001

37
