<br />." <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />River Station File (*.ris) - The makenet command file used to create the "ris file in the monthly <br />modeling efforts will be revised to set a flag that tells StateMod to pattern daily baseflows <br />according to historic daily flows found in the daily streamflow file (* .rid). <br /> <br />Direct Diversion Station File ("dds), Reservoir Station File ("res). Instream Flow Station File <br />(* jfs) - The command files used by watright and demandts to create these input files will be <br />revised to set the required daily flags that tell StateMod to use the daily pattern approach. <br /> <br />Dailv Streamflow File (* .rid) - TSTool will be used to create the daily streamflow file for the <br />gages selected in Task 6.1. <br /> <br />Response File (*.rsp) - The existing response file will be revised by hand to include the names of <br />the new StateMod input files required to run the model on a daily time-step. <br /> <br />Control File (* .ct!) - The existing control file will be revised by hand to turn "on' the options <br />that direct the model simulate on a daily time-step. <br /> <br />Task 6.3 Simulate Historic Scenario on a Daily Time-Step, Review Results, and Determine <br />Calibration Needs <br />Simulate the Historic Gunnison data sets using StateMod's Daily Pattern approach for the period <br />1975 through 2000. Review the results and prepare a recommendation for additional calibration. <br />Coordinate with the State to detennine the calibration efforts for Task 6.4. Calibration will be <br />limited to modif'ying the daily pattern gage selections. It will not include modif'ying operating rules <br />or retwn flow locations, but will list calibration issues and potential steps to address those issues. <br /> <br />Task 6.4 Calibrate Daily Model <br />Perform the recommended calibration from Task 6.3. This task will be limited to a maximum of 80 <br />hours. <br /> <br />Task 6.5 Document Daily Model <br />Document the development of input files, simulation, and calibration of the daily model. It is <br />anticipated that this memorandum will be a stand-alone appendix to the Monthly Gunnison River <br />StateMod Model and that the main documentation will not be revised. <br /> <br />TASK 7 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />Objective: <br /> <br />To provide a forum for technical, schedule and budget issue discussions with state representatives. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />Task 7.1 Invoices and Progress Reports <br />Invoices (12 expected) will be prepared that include billing by person, rate, hours, and charge. <br />Invoices will include monthly progress reports that show I) a task summary that presents the <br />budget, costs to date, percent spent, and percent complete, 2) work activity description that <br />describes the work accomplished that month and estimated percent complete for each subtask <br />presented in the budget, and 3) a summary of concerns on technical, budget or schedule. Also <br />included will be a description of other direct costs and a summary of retainage (previous <br />retainage held, retainage this period, total retainage). <br /> <br />Page 19 <br />
