The final report shall <br />include such maps, drawings, charts, tables, graphs, and displays <br />as are reasonably necessary to adequately present the information <br />and results developed during the study. <br /> <br />preliminary drafts of chapters of the report shall be <br />submitted to the State at the e~rliest practical time. The draft <br />final report shall be submitted on December 1, 1982 for the <br />State's review so that the State may have the opportunity to <br />provide such comments as it may feel are appropriate for <br />inclusion into the final report. After incorporation of <br />comments, a camera-ready final report will be submitted to the <br />State not later than January 15, 1983. <br /> <br />Public Involvement Program <br /> <br />The State shall be responsible for the design and conduct of <br />a public involvement program to accompany the study. This will <br />include the formation of an advisory committee of interested <br />parties which will provide input and comments to the State on the <br />conduct and content of the study. The Contractor will be <br />required to participate in the public involvement program's <br />activities only to the e~tent of preparation for and attendance <br />at five one-day advisory committee meetings. <br /> <br />Study Products <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide one camera-ready copy of each <br />of the following: <br /> <br />1. A detailed POS which shall expand upon the work task <br />descriptions above, identify the discrete elements of each work <br />task, detail the methodologies to be employed for each work task, <br />detail the allocation of manpower and money to each work task and <br />major element thereof, and set forth a schedule of major <br />milestones for accomplishing the study. The POS shall also <br />identify the timing for review of legal issues in order that the <br />state may schedule its legal advisor accordingly. <br /> <br />2. Draft final report. <br /> <br />3. The final report. <br /> <br />4. Such visual aids (excluding 35 rom slides and movies) for <br />meetings of the advisory committ~e as the State may request. <br /> <br />Study Schedule <br /> <br />The Contractor shall carry out the study according to the <br />following schedule: <br /> <br />1.
