In addition, individuals at all
levels must be encouraged to point out (rather than conceal) problems and be given well-
defined and supportive channels of communication to express their concerns.

It is Hydrosphere's general p01icy to provide briefings to project team members on
overall project objectives and to educd,e team members on the intef-relationships of project
tasks, Regular project team meetings are held to review progress and schedules and to identify
potential problem areas, All team members are encouraged to participate in trouble-shooting
and to suggest methods for resolution of problems and conflicts, In addition, regular meetings
of project managers are used as a venue for brainstorming solutions to management problems.
