3. Resolve to vigorously pursue the recommended construction of
the modifications designated under Phase I.
4. Authorize Western Technical Services to prepare necessary
applications for a grant from the Farmers Home Administration
for at least 50% of the proposed project cost and prepare other
applications for aid from agencies which might prove to be
beneficial to the District.
5. Instruct the District's Fiscal Agent and District's Attorney to
make the necessary preparations to generate the Town's share of
the cost of the p~oposed project.
6. Authorize Western Technical Services to prepare the plans and
specifications for the construction of the recommended modifications
under Phase I.
7. Upon completion of the financial arrangements, which would include
the adoption of a fair water rate system rather than a flat rate
system, authorize Western Technical Services to proceed to the
construction phase of the project.
