Mr. Hubbard acquired his right when he purchased land from <br /> <br />Mr. Ludwig. Mr. Arbaney believed Mr. Hubbard owns 1/3 of 2.43 cfs or <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />0.81 cfs, and when he sold his total interest to Thunder River Realty <br /> <br />he conveyed 1.62 cfs. <br /> <br />Mr. Hubbard had no idea how much water he was entitled to from the <br /> <br />L & A Ditch. <br /> <br />Mr. Wick also was not certain of how much water Mr. Hubbard owned, <br /> <br />but he believed the ownership of land, to which the water is appurtenant, <br /> <br />went from a Mr. Wiedman to Mr. Ludwig to Mr. Hubbard. <br /> <br />Interviews with Mr. Arbaney and Mr. Hubbard have determined the total <br /> <br />amount of land irrigated was 20-23 acres with Mr. Arbaney irrigating <br /> <br />12-15 acres and Mr. Hubbard irrigating around 8 acres. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br />
