Frederick Arbaney, his father acquired the entire <br /> <br />interest In the John Ruedi Ditch from John Ruedi. This interest was <br /> <br />divided between Frederick Arbaney and Jesse Arbaney on a pro-rated <br /> <br />basis relative to the respective amounts of land retained by each at <br /> <br />the time their father's estate was settled. He was not certain of the <br /> <br />exact amount of land Jesse received, but believed it was approximately <br /> <br />4 acres along with about .29 cfs. He received 85.45 acres. Of this <br /> <br />he sold 82.06 acres to First Trust Limited along with the pro-rated <br /> <br />water rights. First Trust in turn sold 15 acres to the Roaring Fork <br /> <br />School District along with a certain amount of water, the exact amount <br /> <br />of which he was uncertain. According to Hr. Arbaney these four are <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />the only rights in the ditch. He believed that he retained 3.39/85.45 <br /> <br />of his old right in the John Ruedi Ditch. <br /> <br />. <br />
