Financial Plan

ARWP spends approximately $15,000 annually on power cost for well
and booster pumping, which translates into an operating cost of
about $0.50 per 1000 gallons. Operational costs also require a
contract operator at $7,800 per year, or about another $0.27 per
1000 gallons. The total operating cost/ excluding debt service,
but including billing and office administration is about $2.00
per 1000 gallons.
