<br />E, Physical Assets. The Trlnchera Irrigation Company owns and operates two
<br />(2) reservoir storage facilities and approximately 26 miles of canals and 45
<br />miles of laterals. The reservoirs have a total water decree of 24,500 acre-feet
<br />and the Company owns water rights in 17 ditches and various creeks for a
<br />cumulative clalm of 1012,03 cfs of water from Ute, Sangre de Cristo, and
<br />Trlnchera Creeks or their tributaries. The Trinchera Irrigation company also
<br />owns several pieces of equipment Including trucks, pickups, an end 10aders, and
<br />other miscellaneous pieces of equipment which are of significant value.

<br />at $ 1,959,827 In 1991.
