<br />- <br />. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The area immediately around the project is rapidly being <br />surrounded by new homes, and families with children. <br />Enclosing the system in under ground pipes will greatly <br />enhance the safety of the system, especially when small <br />children are in the area. <br /> <br />Construction costs have increased, tremendously, since the <br />last construction was completed, and even though the ASCS is <br />participating in a cost-sharing program, (70-30), the <br />remaining cost of $78,788, to be borne by the shareholders, <br />would be a prohibitive burden on said shareholders, if it <br />were necessary for them to raise this amount of money at one <br />time. For this reason, we have applied for this loan to pay <br />for the system over a period of time. <br /> <br />Approximately 70% of the water used is for agricultural <br />irrigation, (see attached map). The remainder is primarily <br />used for urban lawn, tree and garden maintenance and none of <br />the water is used for domestic households. <br /> <br />A-3 (Added) <br />
