We would cautl.on one aspect of this project. If the Water <br />Association has not retained the services of a qualified ground-water <br />hydrologist to help th'em obtain the water rights and locate and <br />construct the wells in the most opportune place, then they should <br /> <br />do so at th:)Carliest. : This needs to be done to guaranty the adequacy <br />of the proposed system from a hydrogeological point and from a <br /> <br />legal point. . <br />
