S. Bureau of the Budget Directive A-95. Pertinent quotations from these agencies are here included. We request that you attach these to your applicafion, along v-'ith the attached Sign-OFf Form, or Forward them to the appropriate Federal Agency if your application has already been submitted. USDA Soil Conservation Service The project should not create any erosion or pollution hazards. Part of the pipeline will be in areas of shale breaks and high erosion hazard. With proper construction and revegetation plans, however, no problems will result. We plan to provide assistance on revegetation and soils. No adverse effects on the environment will be !:reated by the project. Colorado Civil Rights Commission Recommend approval. In this connection, it is requested that , the applicant furnish. this Commission with a list of prime and sub-contractors whe)' the contracts are signed.
