S. Bureau of the Budget Directive A-95. Pertinent <br />quotations from these agencies are here included. We request that you <br />attach these to your applicafion, along v-'ith the attached Sign-OFf Form, <br />or Forward them to the appropriate Federal Agency if your application <br />has already been submitted. <br /> <br />USDA Soil Conservation Service <br /> <br />The project should not create any erosion or pollution hazards. <br />Part of the pipeline will be in areas of shale breaks and high <br />erosion hazard. With proper construction and revegetation <br />plans, however, no problems will result. We plan to provide <br />assistance on revegetation and soils. No adverse effects on the <br />environment will be !:reated by the project. <br /> <br />Colorado Civil Rights Commission <br /> <br />Recommend approval.
