<br />easements and rights of way, necessary for the foregoing
<br />structures.

<br />with all the appurtenances, and WAR~~T the title to tqe same.

<br />This conveyance is made subject to any reservations and exceptions contained in
<br />the patent ftom the State of Colorado, existing easements for roads, ditches,
<br />canals, electric power and telephone lines, and a deed of trust in ravor of the
<br />State of Colorado, recorded in Book , on Page , of the
<br />records of County, Colorado, and given to secure the payment
