WHEREAS, the Allenspark Water and Sanitation District desires to acquire and construct certain water and sanitation facilities; and WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation, Department of Natural Resources, State of Colorado, is willing to assist the Allenspark Water and sanitation District pursuant to said project; and \lliEREAS, a CONTRACT dated October 1, 1975, has been ne- gotiated by and between said parties which is mutually accept- able. NOH, 1'HEREFOR8 fiE IT RESOLVED: That the President of the Allenspark Water and Sanitation District, Ralph R. Carlin, be and the same hereby is authorized to execute said CONTRACT on behalf of the ~llenspark Water and Sanitation DiStrict, said CONTRACT to provide, inter alta, for the repurchase of said water and sa.nitation facilities by the A11enspark Water and Sanitation District over a period of time therein agreed for a total purchasQ price of T\;O HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSANIl SIX HUNDRED FIF'rY AND NO/100 ($243,650,00) DOLLARS.
