I am pleased to report that the West Slope Aquifer Program developed by <br />Mr. Banta performed very well and the few minor problems encountered resolved. As a <br />result of this demonstration and test I have llpproved payment of the final $12,500 withheld <br />under the joint funding agreement pending [mal acceptance of the software program on the <br />state system. Upon receipt of payment by your agency the project will be completed. <br /> <br />We sincerely appreciate the work Mr. Banta and your agency have done on this project <br />and we look forward to future cooperative efforts.
