Approximately 536 lineal feet of sheet <br />piling will be driven to a depth of 10-14 feet, and about 44 cubic yards of concrete will be placed, <br />Design of the improvements was performed by NRCS, Construction Drawings are presented in <br />Appendix B. <br /> <br />Water Rights <br /> <br />There are 96 shareholders in the Company with rights to divert of total of 140 cubic-feet-per- <br />second from the South Platte River. The average annual diversion is approximately 28,203 acre- <br />feet. The State Engineer's Office diversion records for the ditch are presented in Appendix E. <br /> <br />Cost Estimate <br /> <br />The selected alternative is estimated to cost a total of $142,000, Planning costs will be primarily <br />absorbed by the Company. Design will be primarily provided by the NRCS, although the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) will provide a grant to cover costs of the <br />feasibility study by the engineering consultant. The construction cost estimate was developed by <br />the NRCS, A breakdown of estimated project costs is provided below: <br /> <br />1. Planning N/A <br />2, Feasibility Study $ 3,500 <br />3. DesignlTechnical Assistance $ 23,000 <br />4, Construction $ 116.000 <br /> Total Cost $ 142,500 <br /> <br />5 <br />
