North poudre also owns 40,000 units in the Northern <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District; 151 preferred rights in <br />Fossil Creek Reservoir; 445 shares in The Arthur Ditch; 9 shares <br />in Larimer County No.2; 13 shares in The New Mercer Ditch Co.; <br />and 21 7/8 shares in Taylor and Gill Ditch Co. The North Poudre <br />Irrigation company also owns several pieces of equipment including <br />trucks, pickups, and end loaders, motor graders and other miscell- <br />aneous pieces of equipment which are of significant value. <br /> <br />The total worth of North Poudre's assets is placed at <br />$8,972,993 in 1988 as summarized in the previous section. <br /> <br />11-2 <br />
