<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JULESBURG IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br />NOTICE OF ELECTION <br /> <br />Take notice that on the (0 day of "1" u t\J L ,1995, an <br />election shall be held at which time the electors of the' <br />Julesburg Irrigation District shal.! decide the following <br />questions: <br /> <br />Shall the Julesburg Irrigation District be authorized: <br /> <br />1. To borrow an additional amount of $61,750 from the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board of the State of Colorado at the <br />rate of interest not to exceed 5% per annum for the purpose of <br />rehabilitation of portions of the Julesburg Reservoir and the <br />Harmony Ditch, said sum to be in addition to the sum of $325,000 <br />previously authorized to be borrowed from the said Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, for a total borrowing of $386,750. <br /> <br />2. To enter into one or more contracts for the <br />,rehabilitation of the Julesburg Reservoir and the Harmony Ditch, <br />paying for such work from the proceeds of the loans from the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, and, if the total cost is in <br />excess of $386,750, utilizing other revenues available to the <br />District. <br /> <br />3.
