Financial Evaluation

Chapter VII of this report provides a detailed financial analysis
of the proposed project. Sufficient revenues will be generated to
support operation and maintenance needs and repay the capital invest-
ment costs.

The conclusion reached is that the project is financially
feasible.

3. Reports of Interested Agencies

Great Western Reservoir is an off-stream reservoir which is
completely surrounded by private property. As such, there is no
public access for recreation purposes and the sole purpose of the
reservoir is to store water for use by the City of Broomfield. The
proposed project does not affect the plans of any water conservation
or conservancy district, nor does it affect fish and wildlife.

The conc 1 us i on is, therefore, that no reports are req u i red from
the Division of Wildlife, the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation
or any other water conservation or conservancy district.

-6-

Rev-RMC
