Thus this task
is primarily a reformatting and reorganizing effort and will include only minimal writing or
editing.

Boyle will develop and submit draft electronic versions of this section. Within two weeks
the State will provide comments, which Boyle will incorporate into a final electronic
version of the section.

Deliverables:
. Best written after the rest of the document is complete,
these elements are essential to improving the manual's navigability and functionality as
a reference document. In this task, Boyle will develop and deliver these important
features of the documentation.

Boyle will develop and submit draft electronic versions of these elements. Boyle assisted the State of Wyoming in developing
the Green River Basin Plan in 2000, and will rely on information from the Basin Use
Profile and Spreadsheet Model of the Plan to develop new input files for the Yampa
model. The State will provide Boyle with the current Division 6 database and software
(DMl's and Statemod) for this task.

Exhibits new

3/5/2003
