Walker <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Re: Contract No. 153484 <br />Upper Rio Grande Study <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Messick: <br /> <br />Paragraph 2 of the contract dated January 5, 1987 (as <br />amended by contract amendments dated October I, 1987 and July <br />II, 1988) for the Upper Rio Grande Study provides that the date <br />for submittal of fifteen copies of the final report may be <br />extended by mutual agreement of the parties to the contract in <br />writing. <br /> <br />This letter shall constitute our written agreement that the <br />date of December 31, 1989 in paragraph 2 of the contract <br />amendment of July 11, 1988 shall be deleted and that the date <br />of March 31, 1990 shall be inserted as the amended date for <br />submission of fifteen copies of the final report. <br /> <br />Please sign below and return one copy to me in <br />acknowledgement of your concurrence with this revision to the <br />study contract.
