Since there are many inter-relationships between tasks, one often finds tasks being performed concurrently. For example, Task II-2 (Closed Basin operation) and Task II-3 (Rio Grande Compact) are performed concurrently since altering the Closed Basin operation will also affect the operation of the Rio Grande Compact.
