Up to two scenarios of Compact obl igations will be
imposed in the model ingo
c. Up to three scenarios of future irrigation demands
in the basin will be imposed as follows:
Historical diversion levels of the irrigation
systemso
A diversion level for the irrigation systems
derived by limiting the historic diversions
to a function of the estimated historic
consumptive use (perhaps reflecting a 50
percent ditch efficiency).
A diversion level for the irrigation systems
derived by limiting the historic diversions
to a function of the estimated historic
consumptive use (perhaps reflecting a 30
percent ditch efficiency).
Characterize the storable flows and determine why the
storable flows were available when they were.

Work Product: Simulation model results of storable flows at
the four potential reservoir sites under various water
supply and demand scenarios.

IB

c\)

Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers, Inc,
