The River Basin Simulation <br />Model (RIBSIM) was developed by a LRCWE staff member and has <br />been used in monthl y storabl e flow determinations in the <br />Cache la Poudre Basin, St. Vrain River Basin and Colorado River <br />Basino This simulation model will be used for the storable <br />flow determinations and, therefore, its appl ication in the <br />determination of storabl e flow should be describedo The <br />model al so needs to be described for its potential appl ication <br />in subsequent work phases to the storable flow analyses. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />1. Describe the appl ication of a river basin simulation <br />model in the determination of storable flows. <br />2. Prov ide a general description and user manual of the <br />RIBSIM simulation model.
