Identify major existing and.conditional water rights on <br />the Dolores River downstream of the confluence of the <br />San Miguel River which could potentially affect the <br />availability of water supplies to the project. <br />Estimate the probability and extent of future <br />development of these conditional rights in consultation <br /> <br />with the CWCB. <br /> <br />9. In consultation with the CWCB evaluate the probable <br />impact of the development of the senior rights defined <br />in Step 8 on the availability of water supplies for <br />the alternative project systems. Propose guidelines <br /> <br />for considering these effects in Task 7. <br /> <br />10.
