We propose a team consisting of W. W. Wheeler and <br />Associates. Water Resources Engil'leers. and Kumar and Associates, Geotechnical <br />Engineers. As you are aware, both Wheeler and Kumar are very familiar with the Julesburg <br />Reservoir dams and the geologiC/geot\!Chnical features of the area, Both consultants have <br />been involved with a number of studies, design programs and construction of repairs on <br />these darns over the last 12 years, We are quite familiar with the dam embankments. <br />foundations. seepage concerns. and construction materials available near the site, <br /> <br />The enclosed proposal provilflls the scope of work for the project. an estimate of <br />the engineering costs for performing the work, and team member qualifications. As you a <br />will note. we have prepared a fairly ambitious scope of work. We feel this scope is ., <br />necessary in order to address the Di!itrict's issues, Our costs for the project have been <br />pared to the minimum. however.
