The <br />project is located in Sections 30 and 19. Township 10 North, Range 49 West, Logan County, <br />Colorado, <br /> <br />This letter is to iIlform you that the pt'Op\)sed work is the type of actiVity which is <br />induded in the Section 404(t) exemption found at 33 C.F.R. Part 323.4(a)(3).
