There are about 200 shareholders of which 155 are eligible <br /> <br /> <br />to vote. <br /> <br />Project Service Area <br />The service area is located in northeastern Logan County, northern Sedgwick County, <br />Colorado, and southern Deuel County, Nebraska, It begins at a point four miles west of <br />Crook, encompassing an area two to three miles wide paralleling Colorado State Highway <br />138 on the north side to Julesburg, The area is served by the Harmony Ditch No, 1, <br />Highline Canal, Settlers Ditch, and the Peterson Ditch. The service area under irrigation <br />is 19,139,23 acres, Irrigated crops consist of corn, alfalfa, sugar beets, pinto beans, and <br />wheat. <br /> <br />1 <br />
