The CWBC can take a collateral interest in the revenue generated from share- <br />holder assessments, <br />2. The District can provide a certifjc~te of deposit in the amount of one annual <br />payment to be held by the Colorildo State Treasurer, and a Deed of Trust <br />in real estate owned ( all or part of the Julesburg Reservoir Site.) <br /> <br />10 <br />
