<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />96.3 Updated diversion structure locations consistent with the linked river network, stored in <br />HydroBase, and usable in CDSS applications. All (approximately 320) SPDSS key structures <br />used in the Surface Water and Consumptive Use components will be located and integrated <br />into the ri ver network. <br /> <br />Task 99 - GIS Support and Data Maintenance <br /> <br />Objective: <br /> <br />Provide GIS support and data maintenance for the SPDSS project during Phase 2. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />99.1 General Maintenance. GIS support and maintenance includes incorporating essential GIS <br />and other spatial data products that become available from outside agencies (e.g. USGS) <br />during SPDSS activities. Also included is specific but limited response to requests for GIS <br />data and applications from the State and others involved in developing the SPDSS (e.g. DEM <br />for groundwater investigations; satellite imagery for updating channel alignments for surface <br />water investigations). This general maintenance does not include any correction of errors or <br />omissions to products that may be identified in the deliverables provided by the Contractor in <br />other tasks throughout this scope of work. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />99.1 Updated GIS databases and specific GIS applications for the State and other contractors. <br /> <br />Task 101, 102 and 103 - Coordination And Project Management <br /> <br />Objective: Promote communications among the Consultant, State, water users and other SPDSS <br />consultants; track work accomplished, maintain budget and schedule; and, regularly report the <br />status of work activities. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />Task 101. Advisory Meetings. Prepare for and partIcIpate in two (2) bi-annual advisory <br />meetings for Phase 2. Prepare for and participate in one technical advisory committee <br />meeting specific to GIS and irrigated lands assessment during Phase 3. <br /> <br />Task 102. SPDSS Coordination. Schedule regular and as-needed meetings and/or conference <br />calls to communicate with State and other consultants about data needs, results, issues, <br />progress, etc., during SPDSS development. Anticipated are 2 hours of coordination activities <br />per week during Phase 1 and 2. <br /> <br />Task 103. Project Management. Prepare and present to the State 24 monthly progress reports <br />during Phase 1 and 2 that include the following three components: <br /> <br />. A Work Activity Description that describes work accomplished each month and percent <br />complete for each Subtask presented in the budget. <br /> <br />. A Task Summary that describes the budget, costs to date, percent spent, percent complete, <br />estimated cost to complete, and surplus or shortage. This report will identify areas <br />whenever the percent complete is less than or more than the percent spent <br /> <br />Page 19 of 26 Pages <br />
