Interim written reports of <br />progress and status shall be prepared for the following: <br /> <br />o Monthly status report, <br /> <br />o Documentation of the aerial photographs and topographic mapping <br />coverage, <br /> <br />o Recommendations for dam axis locations and conclusions regarding <br />reservoir area evaluations, and <br /> <br />o Outline of final report. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall make available to the State on a monthly basis a record <br />of labor and other direct cost expenditures associated with the study. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall assist the State in the conduct of public meetings. It <br />is anticipated that one public meeting would be held in Meeker, prior to the <br />start of field work on the project. The purpose of this meeting shall be to <br />advise the local public and interested landowners of the intent and scope of <br />the anticipated work. At the conclusion of the study, a second public <br />meeting shall be held in Meeker with the same interested parties, to present <br />the technical engineering data and conclusions derived from the study. <br /> <br />Task 11 - Report Preparation - The Contractor shall summarize the activities <br />and the results of the study in a final report. The report shall be well <br />organized to present elements of the work including topographic mapping, <br />geologic mapping, drill logs, geologic sections, test results, dam <br />evaluations, and cost estimates. A draft report shall be prepared and <br />submitted to the State for review and comment. Following the incorporation <br />of these comments, the report shall be finalized and thirty (30) copies <br />shall be produced and delivered to the State. <br /> <br />A-14 <br />
