At the other crossi ng, we ~/ill encase the 4-i nch PYC <br />carriel' pipe ~/ith an 8-inch diar.1eter casing pipe I'Ihich has a lIall <br />thi ckness of 1/4 inch. The carri cr pi pc \till sit upon a redwood sl ed, <br />and a sand fi 11 er Iii 11 be used in the space betl'leen the casi ng and <br />carriel' pipe. <br /> <br />In addition, He have decided to install a 4-inch permastran pipe from <br />Towaoc to t,;ancos. Since part of the pipeline parallels the hi ghl'lay , a <br />copy of the alignment is enclosed for your information. Please amend <br />our pennit application to include pennission to construct this line on <br />the highllay right-of-l'Iay. The line I'/ill Cl'OSS the highway at the <br />location shOlto on the dralting.
