To coordinate all changes and adjustments of the state I s <br />cathodic protection with the United states to prevent darrage to the canal and <br />appurtenant structures. <br /> <br />3. It is expressly understood and agreed that the rights granted herein <br />are limited specifically for the benefit and use of the United states, and the <br />Dolores Water Conservancy District or assigns, as specifically provided for <br />herein. It shall be the responsibility of the United states to obtain and <br />procure any other easements or rights-of-way required by the United states to <br />enable it to construct the canal and appurtenant structures, and the state <br />does not warrant that it has the right, privilege, or power to grant any such <br />right-of-way, easements or licenses, except as provided for herein. <br /> <br />4. The liability of the United states under this agreement is <br /> <br />contingent upon the necessary appropriation and reservation of funds being <br /> <br />made therefore. <br /> <br />5. No member of or Delegate to Congress or Resident Corrnnissioner shall <br /> <br />be admitted to any share or part of this agreement or to any benefit that may <br /> <br />arise therefrom, but this restriction shall not be construed to extend to this <br /> <br />agreement if made with a corporation or company for its general benefit. <br /> <br />6. The state warrants that no person or selling agency has been <br /> <br />employed to solicit or secure this agreement upon an agreement or <br />
