<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />T" <br /> <br />later than 30 days following the deposit of the first installment <br /> <br /> <br />of federal monies to said Development Funds. <br /> <br />b. authorizes such amount as needed, esti- <br /> <br /> <br />mated at $6 million, to be expended by the State for construction <br /> <br />of the Towaoc Pipeline and a domestic water distribution system <br /> <br />for the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe as a credit to the Ute Mountain <br /> <br /> <br />Ute Development Fund, with said construction to be initiated <br /> <br />within 1 year of the execution of this Final Settlement Agree- <br /> <br />ment, and completed within 1 year of the initiation of construc- <br /> <br /> <br />tion; and <br /> <br />c. authorizes and appropriates $5.6 million <br /> <br />to be provided by the State to the Secretary for Ridges Basin Dam <br /> <br />on a schedule acceptable to the State and the Secretary beginning <br /> <br />in the first year of construction of said dam. <br /> <br />B. TRIBAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS <br /> <br />Tribal Development Funds shall be established for the <br /> <br />Tribes, with $20.0 million for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and <br /> <br />$40.5 million for the Ute Mountain Ute Indian Tribe, said funds <br /> <br /> <br />to be created as follows: <br /> <br />1. $5.0 million to be deposited by the State, con- <br /> <br /> <br />tingent upon appropriation by the Colorado General Assembly, to <br /> <br />the Tribal Development Funds no later than 30 days following the <br /> <br />deposit of the first installment of Federal monies to said Devel- <br /> <br />-67- <br /> <br />- <br />
