The purpose of the meeting was to resolve all outstanding <br />issues previously mentioned concerning the Towaoc Municipal Project. The <br />following items were agreed to by C.W.C.B. and W.C.A. <br /> <br />1. C.W.C.B. agreed to pay W.C.A. the Lump Sum of One hundred and thirty <br />thousand dollars ($130,000.00) as settlement of pending claim and <br />all previously discussed construction costs for Division II work. <br /> <br />2. C.W.C.B. agreed to issue an immdeiate Notice to Proceed for the Navajo <br />Springs and Mancos Distribution System in accordance with the attached <br />revised Bid Schedules for these projects. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />W.C.A. agreed to complete <br />Target Completion Dates, <br />permitting) . <br /> <br />Division II in accordance with the following <br />for the various items of work (weather <br /> <br />a. February 3, :!.990 - Division I! pipeli~~ ins't:al:!.at:.on =.:::1. tie-in <br />to Cortez Water Treatmen~. <br /> <br />b. April 30, 1990 - Complete Division II seeding, reclamation, testing <br />and disinfecting. <br /> <br />c. May 5, 1990 - Complete tie-in between Division I & II and final <br />pressure test. <br /> <br />d. May 19, 1990 - Complete punch lists Division I and II. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />W.C.A. agreed to construct the following <br />Judy Knight-Frank's letter of December <br />McDonald, at no cost to C.W.C.B. <br /> <br />items as listed in <br />26, 1989 to Mr. <br /> <br />Chairman <br />William <br /> <br />a. Install ventilation system or an alarm system in Control Station <br />1. <br /> <br />b. Install drains in Control Stations I and II. <br /> <br />c.
