Contract Price paragraph 4.2, we are requesting <br />a meeting to discuss an increase in price for the following items. <br /> <br />32. Stripping - Reclamation <br />35. ).21. Pipeline - Common <br />36. 12" Pipeline - Wet <br />37. 12" Pipeline - Rock <br />38. 14" Pipeline - Common <br />39. 14" Pipeline - Wet <br />40. 1411 Pipeline - Rock <br /> <br />In addition we request that a Mobilization item be added for Division II <br />work. <br /> <br />The price increases requested were created by the following: <br /> <br />1. Segmentated notices to proceed did not allow continuous construction. <br /> <br />2. Pipeline Alignment created 300% more fittings than Division I. <br /> <br />3. Pipeline installation time was increased by 42% because two crews <br />could not be utilized except for a short duration. <br /> <br />In order to resolve this issue, we feel that representatives from C.W.C.B. <br />should attend the requested meeting.
