Preparing a feasibility report in 25 copies to be distributed os requested <br />by the Fort Lyon Conal Company to the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Boord, the Fort Lyon Conal Company and other agencies. The format <br />and coveroge for the report will be as detailed in "Guidelines for <br />Assistance in the Conservation and Utilization of Colorado's Water <br />Resources through the Colorado Water Conservation Boord Construction <br />Fund" Deportment of Natural Resources, Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, 1978, modified as applicable for this project. <br /> <br />We suggest as .the basis of compensation for the above described services the <br />following criteria: <br /> <br />1. 2.5 times the allocated payroll cost of staff personnel based on the <br />net time directly expended on the work, plus <br /> <br />2. Reimbursement of direct non-salary expenses for travel, subsistence, <br />, communication, reproduction costs, costs of services of outside <br />consultants, and report printing costs. <br /> <br />Based on these criteria, we estimate the services will cost $54 ,000 for per.., <br />forming the feasibility study.
