Commissioner Levengood felt a precedent had been set since the County had helped the towns with projects in the past. Colleen Richmond, landohner in the Town of Blue River, commented on the need for help in improving the roads. Commissioner Levengood amended the motion to continue the matter lmtil the ~1ay 23, 1988 meeting. No second to the motion was heard. The original motion passed with Commissioner Levengood voting nay and Commissioners Ulmer and Peterson voting aye.
