Of

.

.

County owns 33 acre-feet of water in Clinton Gulch Reservoir which equates
to 12.92~o of the total acre-feet in the reservoir.

The rehabilitation/enlargement of Old Dillon Reservoir was studied further
with a Phase I Report Reconnaissance Investigation conducted by Ted Zorich
& Associates, Inc. in February 1994, a Preliminary Scoping Document related
to the Old Dillon Reservoir Expansion conducted by Science Applications
International Corporation in June 1995, and an Engineering Feasibility Study
conducted by GEI Consultants, Inc. in June 1998. The process and reports
will continue to serve useful purposes if, in the future, the need arises for
the County and Town of Dillon to pursue the expansion of the reservoir. To
date no construction has taken place and none is planned for in the near
future.

Please feel free to contact me at 970-453-3402 should you have any
questions or comments related to my statements or if I can be of further
assistance.

Yours truly,

~~ W-eb0

Dori Webb
Assistant to the
County Manager
