Upon completion of the payment of the full pU4chase price <br />to the State in the sum of Three Hundred Forty-Four Thousand <br />One Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Ten Cents ($344,128.10) as <br />set forth in paragraph Aa12. of this ~ontract, the State agrees <br />to convey to the Contractor all of the Statels right, title, <br />and interest in and to the project by deed or other proper <br />conveyance. <br /> <br />J.
