<br />15. This contract shal,l automatically terminate on March 31, <br />1983, unless extended in writing by mutual agreement of the <br />parties hereto. This contract may "be terminated, with or without <br />cause, by either party upon ~ift~en days notice in writing to the <br />other party. <br /> <br />16. AI~ analyses in whatever form; published reports, <br />articles, and documents of any nature; written, typed, and <br />printed products; visual aids; computer programs and associated <br />input and output data; and all other information and data <br />gathered, generated, or otherwise produced by the Contractor and <br />its consultants and subcontractors during the performance of this <br />contract shall become the property of the State and shall be <br />delivered to the State by the Contractor, at its expense, upon <br />demand.at any time prior to or after the termination of this <br />contract. One or more copies of all documents prepared under <br />this contract may be retained by the Contractor for its use. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />17, The State will provide assistance to the Contractor in <br />accomplishing the work by furnishing the data and services listed <br />,below at the time or times required during the course of the <br />investigations, and studies for which this contract calls, <br />to wit: <br /> <br />A. All legal services on behalf of the State. <br /> <br />B. Rights of entry to lands for exploration and <br />reconnaiss'ance. <br /> <br />C. Related project data available in State files. <br /> <br />D. Related project data.available from other governmental <br />agencies. <br /> <br />18. If any part of this contract, including, but not limited <br />.to, any exhibit, provision, paragraph, clause, phrase or words, <br />is found to be in conflict with applicable laws,' such part shall <br />be inoperative, null and void insofar as it is in conflict with <br />said laws, but the remainder of the contract shall be given full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />19. All notices, directives.and approvals relating to this <br />.contract shall be in written form delivered in person or by <br />Registered.or Certified United.States Mail, postage prepaid, to <br />the Contractor or to the State to the attention of the respective <br />project manager at the last business address of the principal <br />offi-ce of the address_ee known to the sender. <br /> <br />20. At all times during the performance of this contract, the <br />Contractor shall strictly adhere to all applicable federal and <br />state laws that have been or may hereafter be established.. <br /> <br />21. This agreement is intended as 'the complete integration of <br />all understandings between the parties. No prior or <br />contemporaneous addition, deletion, or other amendment hereto <br />shall have any force or effect whatsoever unless embodied herein <br />in writing. No subsequent novation, renewal, addition, deletion, <br />or other amendment hereto except. as provided for in paragraph .9 <br />above, shall have any force or effect unless embodied in a <br />written contract executed and approved pursuant to the S.tate <br />fiscal rules. <br /> <br />P~ge 6 of.8 Pages <br />
